What personal data do we collect about you and for what purpose?

MR ROCCO only collects the data necessary for the PLATFORM to function and to deliver an optimized and personalized experience. During your registration and initial setup (Onboarding), we collect the following information:

• Registration and Profile Data:  Name, email, age range, and gender.
  Purpose: Creating your account, support, identification on the platform, and general adaptation of the user experience.
  Legal Basis: Contract performance and Consent. 

• Usage and Navigation Data: Main purpose of use and interactions with notifications (reminders, verse of the day).
  Purpose: Sending relevant content, operation of the reading plan, and engagement metrics.
  Legal Basis: Consent.

• Sensitive Personal Data (Religious Belief): Preferred Bible version and Religious Denomination (e.g., Catholic, Baptist, Pentecostal, etc.).
  Specific Purpose: This data is essential to our service and is used exclusively to train and guide our Artificial Intelligence (B.AI), ensuring that chat responses and generated Bible studies and devotionals are appropriate, respectful, and aligned with your doctrine and faith.
  Legal Basis: Specific and highlighted consent – Article 11, I of the LGPD. By filling in this information in the app, You expressly agree to the use of this data for the personalization of the Artificial Intelligence.

Who do we share your personal data with?

All information collected by MR ROCCO about You is confidential. Under no circumstances will we sell your information. However, we may share it with third parties, including your personal data, if necessary for the provision of our services, access to the platform, and safeguarding of rights. The companies with which we share your personal data are:

(i) Google Admob: for the exclusive purpose of displaying generic advertising in the app.

• Important: MR ROCCO guarantees that your Sensitive Personal Data (your religious denomination and Bible version) is NOT shared with Google Admob or any other ad network for targeted advertising purposes, being used strictly internally for the operation of our Artificial Intelligence. (ii) Google Cloud:  which can be contacted through juridicobrasil@google.com. 

MR ROCCO will, whenever possible, anonymize your personal data before sharing it.

How do we protect your personal data?

We strive to protect your privacy and your data from unauthorized access or unlawful processing. MR ROCCO adopts measures such as: (i) data encryption ;(ii)  high-technology software to protect against unauthorized access; (iii) controlled access to storage locations only by authorized personnel and under confidentiality; (iv) authentication mechanisms; and  (v) anonymization when sharing with non-partner third parties.

What are your rights regarding personal data?

You have rights such as: Existence and access; Rectification; Explanation; Cancellation; Objection and Portability. The PLATFORM allows account deletion, following the steps described at: https://mrrocco.com.br/b-ai-como-excluir-sua-conta/. Upon deletion, your data is instantly deleted. To exercise other rights, send a request to the email dpo@mrrocco.com.br.

Can your personal data be transferred abroad?

MR ROCCO stores your database on third-party servers abroad. We guarantee that data will only be sent to countries with an adequate level of protection or that meet the requirements of Brazilian law.

For how long is personal data stored?

We store data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described or until You request its deletion or withdraw consent. After that, it will be deleted, unless necessary to safeguard rights, comply with court orders, or legal obligations.

When can this privacy policy be changed?

This Policy may be changed whenever there are changes in data processing. If the update is significant and requires new consent, MR ROCCO will make a request directly to You.
