Before you enjoy everything we’ve prepared for you, it’s important that you read and understand our Terms of Use. This document provides clear and direct information about how the platform works, the available features — both free and premium — and how we protect your personal data.

1. DEFINITIONS

In this document, the terms below are defined as follows:

Mr. Rocco: MR ROCCO INTERNET LTDA, a limited liability company, registered under CNPJ No. 19.675.774/0001-40, headquartered at Av Doutor Martin Luther King, 630, Room 51, Umuarama, Osasco/SP, Brazil, ZIP 06030-003.

Pray More: A Christian app that connects people through a prayer network. Users can share prayer requests, intercede for others, and record their own moments of prayer.

Platform: Refers interchangeably to the Pray More app.

User: You — a natural person who registers on the Pray More app to access the available content.

Data Processing: As defined in Article 5, Item X, of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, all operations carried out by Mr. Rocco with users’ personal data, such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, processing, storage, deletion, and other related actions.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. By accessing or using the Pray More app, you agree to these Terms of Use and other policies governing our platform.

2.2. We know legal terms can be heavy reading, so we’ve prepared this document with clarity and good faith to help you understand how we use your data, what your rights are, and how our relationship works.

2.4. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm your agreement with this document and authorize the processing of your personal data, in accordance with applicable law, so we can deliver all app features with quality and security.

2.6. If you do not agree with these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the app until you are comfortable with the conditions presented.

3. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

3.1. Mr. Rocco is a private technology company that offers a mobile app platform — available on the Apple Store and Google Play — called Pray More. Through the platform, users connect in a prayer network, share prayer requests, and record moments of prayer.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

4.1. Mr. Rocco grants users a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform while these Terms are in effect. This license does not allow sublicensing, commercial use, or any use beyond the limits set by these Terms.

4.2. By registering and using the platform, you declare that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to use its features ethically, responsibly, and in accordance with the law and good practices.

4.3. Mr. Rocco is not responsible for:

  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform;
  • Content posted by users or displayed in advertising spaces;
  • Any user behavior inside or outside the platform;
  • Temporary service failures or outages.

4.4. The user is solely responsible for keeping their password secure and account safe. In case of loss, unauthorized access, or suspicion of a breach, notify us at: menterenovada@mrrocco.com.br.

4.5. The platform must not be used for illegal or inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to: offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, deceptive, or harassing content, or content that violates the dignity of others or Mr. Rocco.

4.6. Access depends on compatible devices and an internet connection. The user is responsible for maintaining the necessary system and ensuring the app is properly installed.

5. REGISTRATION

5.1. Only legally capable individuals, under Brazilian civil law, may register.

5.2. Registration is required to access certain features and the premium version. The data collected includes: (i) full name, (ii) email, and (iii) password. Users may log in via Google, Facebook, or Apple, or create a login directly with email and password.

5.3. Users are responsible for ensuring their information is true, complete, and up to date. Mr. Rocco may request additional documents to validate registration.

5.4. Data is collected to identify users and ensure proper use of the platform and service quality.

5.5. Mr. Rocco may suspend or cancel accounts with false, incomplete, or duplicate data without notice or compensation.

5.6. By creating an account, users agree to:

  • Keep their password confidential;
  • Not share account access;
  • Report any misuse or fraud;
  • Use the platform responsibly and report any irregularities.

5.7. Mr. Rocco may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or represent a risk to the platform or its users.

5.8. Users authorize the collection and processing of personal data under the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law) to ensure proper functioning of the platform and an optimal experience.

5.9. Mr. Rocco may share data with strategic partners and service providers, always respecting LGPD principles of security, necessity, and transparency.

5.10. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights at any time by emailing: menterenovada@mrrocco.com.br.

6. USER RIGHTS TO INFORMATION

Users may exercise their rights under the LGPD as follows:

  • Deletion: Request deletion by emailing contato@mrrocco.com.br or using the in-app delete account button.
  • Correction: Request corrections or directly update profile data.
  • Restriction of Use: Request data usage limitations if data is inaccurate or used unlawfully.
  • Access and Copy: Request a copy of the personal data stored.
  • Automated Decisions: Inquire about automated processing or decisions.
  • Data Portability: Request your data in electronic format for use with other services.

7. COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY

Our app is firmly committed to the protection of children and adolescents and acts decisively against any form of abuse or exploitation.

7.1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We have internal policies that strictly prohibit any behavior or content promoting or facilitating sexual exploitation of minors. This includes active monitoring, reporting mechanisms, and prompt removal of violative content.

7.2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We have zero tolerance for CSAM. Any such content will be immediately removed, the user banned, and authorities notified as required by law.

7.3. Compliance with Child Protection Laws
We comply with all relevant local and international laws, including Brazil’s Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA) and the U.S. COPPA law.

7.4. Child Safety Contact Point
If you identify any content or behavior that threatens child safety on our platform, contact our safety team at: dpo@mrrocco.com.br. This channel is confidential and handled with priority.

8. PLATFORM FEATURES

8.1. The platform provides a digital environment for Christian faith and intercession, including:

  • A feed with other users’ prayer requests;
  • Ability to create and share prayer requests (anonymously if preferred);
  • Thematic tags for organizing prayer topics;
  • Timer to record prayer time;
  • Space for comments and testimonies;
  • Reactions and support from other users.

8.2. Mr. Rocco may update, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice or compensation.

9. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

9.1. Support is available via email: contato@mrrocco.com.br.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1. If any clause is deemed invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

10.2. Failure or delay by Mr. Rocco in exercising rights does not constitute waiver or amendment.

10.3. All rights related to the platform (brands, layouts, features, content, etc.) belong exclusively to Mr. Rocco. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10.4. These Terms may be modified at any time. Material changes will be posted on our site and, where applicable, notified by email.

10.5. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osasco/SP, Brazil.
