What we collect and how we use it
- Unique Device ID and Register
When you access the Instituto Renovo Application, we may collect your Unique Device ID (‘UDID’) and/or your IP address. The information is collected in order to determine the aggregate number of unique devices using our service or parts of our service, to track total usage, analyze data, and communicate with you more effectively. We may combine this information with information from third parties to provide you with a better and more personalized experience and to improve the quality of our service.
You do not have to register or login to use our platforms.

When you visit our website we do not use cookies (a cookie is simply a tiny text file containing a string of characters).
- Log information
When you use Instituto Renovo, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit one of our websites. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request.
- User communications
Personal information or requests that you submit via Instituto Renovo platforms will be sent to the group administrator. The group administrator and/or one of their members will have access to this information. When you send email or other communication to Instituto Renovo, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
- Permissions to access device data and GPS location
If you use Instituto Renovo mobile applications, we will ask for permission to access some device information as your photo gallery and GPS location. We use this information to provide a personalized Instituto Renovo experience. We may combine this information with information from third parties to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our service. For example, to consult events and churches near you, our app needs your GPS location. We do not share any of your personally identifiable information along with your device identification or location without your explicit permission.
- Third party sites/apps
This Privacy Policy applies only to sites and apps that are owned and operated by MrRocco Team. MrRocco Team cannot regulate other sites linked from within our various web sites and services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. You should familiarize yourself with their unique Privacy Policies, when you choose to visit their sites.
Your rights to Deleting and Correcting your information
- Deletion: You may ask us to erase or delete all or some of your personal data. Please note that doing so may limit your ability to use certain functionalities of Instituto Renovo.
- Correction: You may edit some of your personal data through your account or ask us to change or update your data.
- Object to, or Limit or Restrict use of data: You can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data (for example, if we have no legal right to keep using it) or to limit our use of it (for example, if your personal data is inaccurate or unlawfully held).
- Right to Access and/or Take Your Data: You can ask us for a copy of your personal data you provided to us.

We have no control of information that you have shared with others through Instituto Renovo. The information and content that you have shared may continue to be displayed in third parties services (for example: search engine results, Whatsapp or Facebook posts).
How do we use and protect your information?
When you see stats we share about Instituto Renovo audience engagement, we make sure to analyze the data in a way that protects your privacy. When this information is published, it is only in an aggregated form that does not disclose your personally identifiable information. In addition, we implement industry standard security safeguards designed to protect your data.
We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties in association with your UDID or register without your explicit permission.
Users from Outside Brazil
Instituto Renovo is offered in and from São Paulo, Brazil. Therefore, your use of Instituto Renovo and this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Brazil and the State of São Paulo. If you are using Instituto Renovo from outside Brazil, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Brazil where our servers are located, and our central database is operated. We process data both inside and outside of Brazil and rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders. This includes contractual commitments between us and companies transferring personal data that require the protection and security of such data. The data protection and other laws of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using Instituto Renovo, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities and to the facilities of those third-parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
Enforcement
MrRocco Team periodically reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints regarding privacy issues, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities.
