This instrument governs the terms of use of the PLATFORM’s services and constitutes a contract between USERS and MR ROCCO. Your use of the services expressly indicates that you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this instrument. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT MR ROCCO WILL CONSIDER THE USE OF THE SERVICES SET FORTH HEREIN AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT access, view, download, or use the PLATFORM.

3. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO: 

MR ROCCO is a private technology company that offers a PLATFORM consisting of a mobile application called Bíblia AI. The PLATFORM is an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that enables the use of AI related to the Bible.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE: 

MR ROCCO only licenses the PLATFORM to registered USERS, and MR ROCCO may not be held liable for: (i) damages related to the use or inability to use the PLATFORM; (ii) advertising content offered through the PLATFORM; (iii) content inserted by USERS; (iv) any other act arising from the conduct of USERS. The USER agrees to use the features in good faith, in accordance with the law, morals, and good customs.

The USER is solely responsible for the security of their password and for the use of their account. USERS must not use the PLATFORM for any illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive purposes, or purposes that harm MR ROCCO or third parties.

5. REGISTRATION: 

The services are available to legally capable individuals. To use the PLATFORM on a regular basis, the USER must register. USERS are solely responsible for providing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of their registration data. MR ROCCO reserves the right to delete, disable, suspend, or block accounts that are considered offensive or that violate these terms.

6. FEATURES: 

For USERS, the PLATFORM offers the following features: (i) Verse and topic search; (ii) Devotional; (iii) Studies; (iv) Preaching; (v) Translation. MR ROCCO may, at any time, edit, remove, or add new features.

7. PAYMENT METHODS: 

The PLATFORM offers the USER the option to subscribe to a monthly plan, which removes existing ads and allows the USER unlimited questions. For the subscription, payment methods available on the app stores will apply: Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.

Payments will be processed through both app stores, and all USERS must also read and accept the terms of use and services of both platforms. Any payment disputes must be resolved between USERS and the app stores themselves, with no liability falling on MR ROCCO. MR ROCCO will not store payment data provided by USERS.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS: 

All materials, patents, trademarks, registrations, domains, names, and all related rights connected to the PLATFORM are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of MR ROCCO. MR ROCCO may amend this instrument at any time. This instrument is governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of the city of Osasco/SP having exclusive jurisdiction to settle any matters arising from this instrument.
